Architect on Call provides architectural advisory services only. This is not a full design or construction management appointment. Our scope is limited to technical guidance, design reviews, and regulatory insights to support your project decisions. As this is purely a design consultation service we do not not take responsibility for pointing out patent or latent defects on your property.
Homeowners must provide all available property documentation (SG diagrams, zoning certificates, existing plans) and ensure site access for property assessments to ensure the most accurate advisory outcome.

We treat all client information, property data, and project specifics with absolute confidentiality. Your personal information and project details will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
We strive for complete client satisfaction. Should a dispute arise, we aim to resolve it through direct consultation.

Advice is provided based on information supplied by the client. Architect on Call is not liable for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate client data, or for works executed by third-party contractors outside our advisory role.
By booking a consultation, the client confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these terms of engagement. A digital signature or consultation payment serves as formal acceptance of these conditions.

Please Note: An initial booking fee of R2000 is required to confirm the booking. This will be deducted from the total package fee. 60% is payable after the telephone conversation. The report will be sent to you immediately after the final payment has been received.
